working principle:

The horizontal spiral belt mixer consists of a mixing chamber, a stirrer, and a driving device. The U-shaped tubular chamber is equipped with a double-layer agitator shaft wound with opposite direction spiral belts. The outer spiral belt is driven by power and its winding form matches the rotation direction to push the material from both ends of the U-shaped chamber to the central area, while the inner spiral belt pushes the material from the middle to both ends, forming convective mixing.

A discharge port is opened at the center of the bottom of the horizontal cylinder of the mixer, and the spiral structure of the outer layer of the spiral belt cooperates with the rotation direction of the main shaft to drive the material inside the cylinder wall to the central discharge port for discharge, ensuring that there are no blind spots for material discharge inside the cylinder.
